About
Royal Holloway University formerly known as a Royal Holloway and Bedford New College, is a research institution and constituent college or Collegiate university of the federal University of London). In 1985, the Royal Holloway institution was merged with another all-women’s college of London, the Bedford College, and then it was officially registered under the name Royal Holloway and Bedford New College. Formally, it was opened as a women's college by Queen Victoria in 1886, but they allowed the admission of male postgraduates to the institution in 1945.
This University was founded as a member of the University of London in 1900. It includes approximately 10,500 undergraduates and postgraduates from more than 100 countries, 21 administrative blocks, and 6 schools. It has established within 135 acres of woodland at the West of Egham, surrey which is 19 miles from the center of London. Moreover, the University was founded by the philanthropist and Victorian entrepreneur Thomas Holloway.

Student Services
The campus works for the students with the aim of providing a positive student experience by answering and addressing all sorts of helpdesk inquiries. They do this with the help of a variety of channels that include inspections, phone calls, and other forms of communication. In case the service desk is not able to answer the query, then they get in contact with the students and colleagues simultaneously in order to find the best way to a solution.
