Student Services

QRC provides their students with student facilities like classrooms, computer labs, free wifi, student lunchrooms with microwave, free tea/coffee, water cooler, lifts, and facilities for students with disabilities.

The college also takes into consideration the fact that students are bound to face a lot of mental stress and are in need of someone to talk to. Pursuing such strenuous practical courses can be challenging and straining on the mental health of a person. Therefore, the college has administered the provision of counseling services to all their students with a safe place to creatively explore and address any problem that may be affecting their studies. Peer-to-peer engagement is also highly encouraged.

Accommodation

On-campus accommodation is available but limited. Accommodation is available to students for their first two terms. The QRC lodge spaces include halls of residence and student hostels with single or shared rooms provided by the institute. The students at the college who do not secure on-campus accommodation can avail of accommodation facilities through the Homestay facilities available where a student services section has been set up to help students secure accommodation during the course of their study. Besides the homestay option, student sharing accommodation facilities are also available for home-sharing among students, all of which are located minutes away from the various campuses and are within a reasonable budget. Hostels around the campuses equipped with all the basic amenities are also available.

Medical Services

QRC does not have formal medical services within their campuses but official student services and grievance teams are kept in place to help the students and guide them with various medical-related issues and support. All campuses are located in areas that are close to good medical health centers which makes it all the more accessible for students to go in for their regular check-ups or any other medical-related emergency.

Sports Facilities

The students at QRC are highly encouraged to engage in physical activity to keep a balanced check between physical health and academics. The students who live on campus have access to gym membership facilities within their residential areas and many sports facilities like a tennis court, table tennis, foosball, and pool table.  The students who live off-campus also have a  number of options for gym memberships, most of which are available within their accommodation complexes.

Library Services

QRC has large and furnished libraries within all their campuses, these libraries are equipped with all the up-to-date information, computer facilities, projectors, virtual reality, internet, and a wide-ranging collection of books from various subjects as well as a desirable collection of hard to come by, non-prescribed books related to hospitality and tourism. The students have access to all library facilities to help them with their research work or just for recreational purposes. The QRC library is accessible both online and offline.
