New Zealand School of Education was started in the year 2003. It is a part of the New Zealand Skills & Education Group. The college is now one of the leading tertiary education providers who are equipped to provide professional courses in IT and Business Technologies, Early Childhood Education, Health and Wellbeing, Security, Study and Career Preparation, and Vocational Pathways for Military Prep.
NZSE has a set of core values upon which the institution is run. These values are abbreviated to ‘C.A.R.E’, which stands for Creativity, Achievement, Respect, and Empowerment.

Services and Facilities offered
Student Services
NZSE has two dedicated student services teams, one domestic team for domestic students and an international student service for International students to help guide them through problems they might be facing. The student service offices act as advocates for the students. An IAA- licensed immigration adviser is also available to advise students on New Zealand immigration matters while they are there. They also have a 24/7 emergency contact number available.
The college also recognises the fact that students face a lot of mental pressure and are in need of someone to talk to. Pursuing such strenuous practical courses can be challenging and straining on the mental health of a person. The college has taken the initiative to provide counseling services to all their students with a safe place to creatively explore and address any problem that may be affecting their studies. Peer-to-peer engagement is also highly encouraged.
Accommodation
The students at the college can avail accommodation facilities through the Homestay facilities available where dedicated staff help out the students in finding suitable placements with families affiliated with the program during their course of study. Besides this option, student sharing accommodation facilities are also available for home-sharing among students, all of which are located minutes away from the various campuses and are within a reasonable budget. Hostels around the campuses equipped with all the basic amenities are also available.
Medical Services
NZSE does not have formal medical services within their campuses but official student support teams are kept in place to guide students and help them with various medical-related issues and support. All campuses are located in areas that are close to good medical health centers which makes it all the more accessible for students to go in for their regular check-ups or any other medical-related emergency.
Sports Facilities
The students at NZSE are highly encouraged to engage in physical activity to keep a balanced check between physical health and academics. New Zealand is home to a variety of water-based sporting activities available minutes away from the campuses. The students enjoy engaging in these activities and the college takes an initiative in imparting water safety awareness among their students.
