Carey Baptist College is a tertiary Bible and theological College located in Auckland, New Zealand. As a community, Carey aims to provide theological education and training of the highest quality to Christians who wish to explore their faith even more. Carey Baptist College is well known for being a research-led Institution. It encourages its students to think and lead in a way that serves God’s mission in the world. The College was founded in 1924 as New Zealand Baptist Theological College and was renamed Carey Baptist College in 1992 after the English Baptist missionary William Carey.

Carey Baptist College offers qualifications in applied theology that are approved by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA). The degrees offered include Bachelor of Applied Theology, Master of Applied Theology, and Ph.D. thesis in Theology. Specialised training is also provided to prepare students for ministry and mission leadership like pastoral leadership, youth pastoral leadership, children and family, inter-cultural, and pioneer leadership.
