Auckland Institute of Studies provides accommodation facilities to students who wish to make AIS their home during their studies. At AIS, there is a dormitory at St Helen's Campus. The dormitory can accommodate 120 residents in multi-share, twin, and single rooms that are fully furnished, each with a study area of its own. Besides, students can choose the homestay option if they wish to learn more about the culture of New Zealand and experience the New Zealand lifestyle. The Auckland Institute of Studies has carefully selected the homestay hosts. Students can have a peaceful and pleasant stay with the host families for a shared lived experience in Auckland.

Sports Facilities

A Sports Department in Auckland Institute of Studies plays a crucial role in ensuring students of a balanced opportunity between their studies and sports activities. In this regard, AIS encourages students to utilize the facilities for sports such as indoor soccer, basketball, table tennis, badminton, and boxing. AIS also has a fitness gymnasium equipped with a treadmill, a rowing machine, an exercycle, cross-trainers, a multi-purpose exercise machine, free weights, dumbbells, and barbells.

The librarians at the Auckland Institute of Studies are highly qualified and experienced.
