Visa Application Form for Norway: A new user account is required to register the online application.

The following will then need to be printed out:

• A 2-page cover sheet that has been completed and signed on the second page, with a copy.
• A 2-page checklist signed on the second page.
• 1-page online payment receipt.
• At least a 5-page online application form, signed in all indicated areas
• Photo requirements: Two new front views are required. 2 x 2 passport-sized colour photographs on a simple backdrop.
• Letter of Acceptance: This letter should include your name, course, level of study, and duration of the programme, as well as approval from the educational institution.
• Proof of State Residency: These documents must demonstrate the location of your home, flat or room in the nation. If you are renting, you must have a rental contract signed by the owner.
• Proof of sufficient funds: The document must specify assistance from the specified Education Loan Fund, a bank statement from your account in a Norwegian bank, or a statement from the educational institution indicating that you have made needed contributions.

Student Visa with Dependants

This visa will clear the way for an applicant's spouse or family member(s) to visit Norway. If the dependant is a spouse, the dependant must have a recognised marriage status. This visa will provide not only permanent residency but also education and social and health care benefits for dependents. Spouses and children will be eligible to apply for citizenship in Norway; however, a work permit application will be necessary if the spouse plans to work elsewhere in the nation.
